Saturday July 4th in observance of the holiday.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday July 6th

​ Our doctors will not be on call on Saturday but please text 860-222-9891, PRESS 1 to leave a voicemail at the main office or PRESS 2 to leave a voicemail with the on-call doctor. You can also e-mail bantamlakevet@gmail.com. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, PLEASE go to your nearest 24-hour Veterinary Emergency Hospital.

NOTES ON ON CALL/EMERGENCY PHONE SERVICE:

The same doctors who work all week/weekend are the doctors to carry the emergency phone at home at all times. The service is for CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY. We will normally silence the phone at times where it is necessary (especially after 10 pm) and we ask that you understand that we are also humans, who have our own emergencies and do require sleep to function to continue to be the best veterinarians we can be. If you do not reach us we are not purposely ignoring you, we promise from the bottom of our hearts.

Please understand that WE WILL NOT BE ON CALL during the holidays we are closed. Our Doctors and Staff have been working very long and hard hours and doing our very best to make sure every pet and client is happy and healthy. For those clients who have been kind and understanding, we cannot thank you enough. You and your furry (and sometimes not-so-furry) families are the ones that make coming to work every day worth it. We wish EVERYONE a wonderful, happy, safe, and healthy holiday season.
