Welcome 2025:

Septemper 2025- some may have noticed Dr. Scheibel’s growing midsection. For long term clients you know what that means. Yes, she is expecting her 4th child in early Septemper 2025. Please be patient with us during this month as she will be out on Materinty leave. We will be adjusting our schedule slightly so that our beloved clients will not notice any interruptions in services. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.

PLEASE NOTE IN MAY 2025 WE WILL BE UNDERGOING PAVING AT OUR BANTAM OFFICE. PLEASE SEE NOTES IN CLOSURES BELOW.

Closings 2025:

Wednesday January 1st - BOTH OFFICES

Friday and Saturday April 18th and 19th in observance for Easter Weekend- BOTH OFFICES

Monday May 26th for Memorial Day- BOTH OFFICES

Monday September 1st for Labor day- BOTH OFFICES

Friday and Saturday July 4th and July 5th for Independance Day- BOTH OFFICES

Thursday November 27th for Thanksgiving- BOTH OFFICES, Wednesday November 28th in THOMASTON ONLY (open in Bantam in the morning)

Wednesday and Thursday December 24th and 25th for Christmas Eve and Christmas- BOTH OFFICES

NOTES ON ON CALL/EMERGENCY PHONE SERVICE:

The same doctors who work all week/weekend are the doctors to carry the emergency phone at home at all times. The service is for CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY. We will normally silence the phone at times where it is necessary (especially after 10 pm) and we ask that you understand that we are also humans, who have our own emergencies and do require sleep to function to continue to be the best veterinarians we can be. If you do not reach us we are not purposely ignoring you, we promise from the bottom of our hearts.

Please understand that WE WILL NOT BE ON CALL during the holidays we are closed. Our Doctors and Staff have been working very long and hard hours and doing our very best to make sure every pet and client is happy and healthy. For those clients who have been kind and understanding, we cannot thank you enough. You and your furry (and sometimes not-so-furry) families are the ones that make coming to work every day worth it. We wish EVERYONE a wonderful, happy, safe, and healthy holiday season.
